For those of you who don’t know, on Tuesday I bought a 2015 Dodge Dart GT complete with 6MT.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
After owning the car for 48 hours (approx 50 mi), I have decided to give my first impressions. First off, I absolutely love the sound. There is nothing better than driving through the parking garage at work and shifting from 1st to 2nd and hearing the burble of the exhaust. The ride fantastic and is 100% better than my Sentra. I’m still getting used to the fact that I now drive a manual full time so I am constantly reminding myself that I have to clutch-in when I stop. My starts are still a bit rough but I’m starting to get the hang of it. I also love all the toys the car came with even if I’m still figuring out how everything works. The coolest part is the keyless entry because I think its awesome that I never have to take out my keys (until the battery dies) to unlock the doors. Also, I never thought I would be excited for puddle lamps. I don’t know why, I just am. The backup camera and parking sensors are a godsend since I cannot see a damn thing out the back of the car.
For the things I don’t like, I still find the head room in the front really tight due to the sunroof and I cant lower the seat down any further. and the seating position is a bit odd. I really just want to lower the seat a tad further and it would be perfect.
I haven’t been able to take any pictures since its been raining but hopefully I’ll have some soon!
